Facebook Community Guidelines

- We are excited to engage with our community on a year-round basis through Facebook. We enjoy sharing news about our organization, our community, and our world with you every day of the year. And we especially look forward to chatting with you!

- Please note that our community manager is empowered to remove off-topic, disrespectful, inappropriate, hostile, offensive, unrelated, repetitive or "spam" content from our page at any time. The community manager reserves the discretion of what behavior is and is not appropriate for our Facebook page.

We will not tolerate hostility at any time. Direct attacks on any individual will result in an immediate ban from the page and a report to Facebook.

- Aurora Health Care fully supports full compliance with HIPAA in all electronic transactions and conversations. While we are happy to respond to service issues on our Facebook page, the confidential nature of most medical information will usually require an offline conversation in a private environment. Our community manager is empowered to remove posts that create privacy or confidentiality risks for patients, health care providers or Aurora Health Care.

- While we are supportive of local businesses, causes and events, we do not allow postings on our page by for-profit organizations. Not-for-profit businesses are allowed to share relevant content on our page, as long as we have a pre-existing relationship with their organization or cause.

- When in doubt about whether or not a post is appropriate, please "message" us on our Facebook page and we will review your request.
